This Position reports to:
Supply Chain Manager

Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to coordinate logistics activity for the business. Each day, you will look after all goods movement. You will also showcase your expertise by handling transport and logistics needs.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELSE Division in Australia.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Execute end-to-end warehousing and logistics operations including receiving, storing, dispatching goods, and maintaining accurate ERP records.
  • Coordinate with logistics suppliers and carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods, including export quoting and incoterms adherence.
  • Support inventory control, financial monitoring of job execution, and liaise with internal stakeholders like Project Managers for delivery planning.
  • Promote health, safety, and integrity by modeling safe work practices and identifying risks for continuous improvement.


Qualifications for the role:
  • Diploma or certificate in logistics or a related field, with at least 2 years' experience in warehousing, supply chain, and logistics execution.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP (MRP, stock, inventory), Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook; understanding of procurement and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills; proactive, organized, and able to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic understanding of finance and commercial aspects, with the ability to monitor and report on project costs versus plans.
