This Position reports to:
Gestionnaire en approvisionnement et log

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, notably by fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Each day, you will mentor and guide teams to achieve operational excellence and improve results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects aimed at improving and sustaining business performance at the local level.

Your Role: Own the Challenge
  • Escalate obstacles to relevant stakeholders when necessary to remove barriers to the successful implementation and adoption of continuous improvement initiatives at the local level, and help resolve conflicting priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure that the continuous improvement approach and strategy deployed within the local ABB unit are aligned with the global strategy.
  • Facilitate significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and/or cost, while meeting commitments to customers and stakeholders in collaboration with local leadership.
  • Provide training support by developing and maintaining training modules and tools tailored to business needs, in collaboration with local management.


What it takes to run what runs the world
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in logistics.
  • Ability to work onsite and commute to the office.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset, as English is required for communication with stakeholders outside Quebec.
  • Ability to embody ABB's core values of safety and integrity. Compliance with internal and external standards, policies, and processes, including ABB's Code of Conduct.
  • Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) concepts, with the ability to apply them in daily activities and identify related risks and obligations.
