Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Analyst to lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies across manual and automation domains. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright, a solid grasp of software testing methodologies, and a proven ability to manage testing efforts across multiple projects. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of robust, high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will also contribute to process improvements, mentor junior QA engineers, and drive quality metrics to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects and teams.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
  • Perform manual testing for functional, regression, and exploratory test cases.
  • Create and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Ensure timely execution of test cycles and accurate defect reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and report on test progress, quality metrics, and risks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and support their technical and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
  • Strong proficiency in Selenium and/or Playwright.
  • Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, or other BDD frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps).
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and tools like Postman.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
  • Experience with performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, OCI).
  • Knowledge of database testing and writing SQL queries.
