Role Overview
As a Customer Logistics Support Specialist, you will act as the single point of contact for logistics and material management for the F414 Fleet Support PBL contract. The base pay range for this position is $ 93,800.00 - 124,900.00USD Annual The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 23rd, 2025. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary logistics contact for the customer, ensuring timely resolution of concerns related to the F414 Fleet Support PBL contract.
- Become a subject matter expert on F414 engine hardware and configurations, providing guidance on maintenance practices and facilitating onsite training aligned with Navy manuals.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs with engine shops, repair lines, squadrons, and warehouses to identify material issues, bottlenecks, and logistics needs.
- Analyze customer usage data to predict changes in Navy demand and communicate with Fleet Support PBL material managers to improve forecast accuracy.
- Perform data analysis on hardware scrap, material replacement rates (MRR), and beyond conditional maintenance (BCM) to support GE material management.
- Deploy Flight Deck and Lean principles through Daily Management, Standard Work, and proactive problem-solving to improve processes at NAS Lemoore.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or aerospace maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interacting with or understanding Navy/NAVSUP and military engines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Established project management skills and ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
