We are seeking a Vice President of Emergency Management and Growth, a strategic executive leader responsible for overseeing the organization's emergency preparedness, crisis response, and business continuity planning, while simultaneously driving sustainable growth initiatives.

We are seeking a Vice President of Emergency Management and Growth, a strategic executive leader responsible for overseeing the organization's emergency preparedness, crisis response, and business continuity planning, while simultaneously driving sustainable growth initiatives.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Develop and lead enterprise-wide emergency management programs, including disaster recovery, crisis response, and continuity of operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local emergency regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario planning to identify vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional crisis response teams during incidents and ensure timely communication and recovery.
- Oversee training programs and simulations to build organizational readiness.
Strategic Growth & Innovation
- Identify and evaluate new markets, partnerships, and business models aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What will you contribute?
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in emergency management, strategic planning, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading through change.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and organizational resilience.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in both public and private sector environments is a plus.
