Role - Business Analyst -Workday US Payroll Exp Mandatory

Rate - $65/hr on C2C

Location - Houston, TX (Local or nearby to Houston)

• Expertise in Core and Advance Business Analysis Skills
• 10+ years of overall experience with minimum of 8 + years BA experience
• Expertise in HR Processes.
• Well experience in US payroll solutions (Workday experience)
• Experience working in Agile projects and educating stakeholders including Programme Managers and Business partners in hybrid ways of working
• Understanding systems engineering concepts and data/process analysis and modeling.
• Data reporting, analysis and visualization
• Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay close attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing the alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
• Good leadership, presentation and communication skills.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA certification preferred.
