Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate the development of project schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Oversee project activities to ensure timely progress and budget control.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team.
• Work directly with developers, testers, and designers, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Support project meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective teamwork.
• Ensure project deliverables meet company standards and best practices.
• Support project evaluation and post-project assessments.
• Maintain a proactive and forward-thinking approach throughout project execution.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role in software/digital projects.
• Practical experience working directly with development teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a multinational and collaborative team environment.

Competencies:

• Native English (mandatory requirement).
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, and MS Office tools.
