Project Manager -
Location : London

Looking for a seasoned Project Manager who will:

• Report directly to client's Transformation Director - this is a customer-facing role.
• Coordinate across IT, BPS, customer teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies and timelines across Hexaware and Customer.
• Work onsite at client's office in central London.

Experience :
• 3-5 years business analysis + 3-5 years minimum in project management
• Strong technology background including exposure to AI technologies e.g., agentic
• Financial services Operations experience, ideally Payments, Client Onboarding
• To manage the project to move functions currently using the Nimbus platform, to alternative platforms (4-5 sub projects) to drive operational effectiveness and reduce costs through exiting the Nimbus arrangements
• Create, manage, and track the overall project plan to exit Nimbus
• Liaise with key vendors to confirm requirements and solutions for specific components (including working with existing Client projects where they will provide the alternative solutions)
• Work with IT and Procurement partners to secure good commercial terms for new solutions
• Oversee technology and business implementation including development (in-house and/or external vendors, testing, training and other operational readiness activities
• Prepare for and run key governance fora including the steering committee and working group
