Your tasks

• Own end-to-end test kit operations for clinical supply projects: from client briefing to delivery and final close-out

• Act as the main client contact, guiding them through every project phase

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, quality, logistics, procurement, etc.) to ensure timelines, budgets and quality standards are met

• Set up new test kit projects including kick-off meetings, project specifications, documentation, database setup, procurement support and import/distribution planning

• Continuously improve processes by identifying risks early, updating workflows/SOPs and sharing knowledge within the team

Your qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management experience - we also welcome recent graduates with initial practical experience and an interest in developing into a PM role

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in engineering (other fields also welcome)

• Fluent English and basic German skills

• Strong Excel skills and confidence in working with data (Power BI is a plus)

• Ability to understand and work with clinical study protocols

• Comfortable working with clients and stakeholders

• Experience in logistics, clinical supply, medical devices or clinical trial environments is nice to have, but not required
