Job Description :-

Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, testing, DevOps, and migration.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for the migration of thousands of applications.
- Interface with Blackrock stakeholders, ensuring progress and risk management.
- Collaborate on capacity ramp-up plans and resource deployment.
- Drive coordination across teams in various geographies.
Requirements:

- 8+ years of technical project/program management experience.
- Experience in database migration projects.
- Familiarity with ANSI SQL, Java, Python, Perl, C++, and Golang environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
