As Electrical Construction Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the electrical construction activities on a Data Center Project in Frankfurt. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of electrical systems, working closely with subcontractors, internal teams, and client stakeholders.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead site-based electrical construction activities from initial install to commissioning
• Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure quality control across all electrical installation
• Oversee progress tracking, reporting, and schedule adherence
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, including defect tracking and resolution
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (EHS) regulations and lead by example on-site
• Organize and lead daily coordination meetings and manage work schedules
• Maintain project documentation and support milestone tracking and budget control

Show your expertise

• Degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5+ years' experience in electrical construction management, ideally within large-scale projects such as data centres
• Proven track record delivering large-scale electrical packages including LV, ELV, containment, power distribution and associated control systems
• Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
