What will you do as Project Manager?

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the complete delivery cycle of our electric buses - from contract signing to customer handover and Aftersales transition. You ensure smooth coordination of pre-production, part deliveries, international assembly (mainly in China), shipping, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage engineering updates, maintain relationships with global suppliers, and ensure a seamless delivery process that meets quality, cost, and customer expectations. Working closely with various production teams, you continuously monitor the progress of ongoing orders, identify potential challenges early and take proactive action to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of end-to-end bus delivery projects;
• Coordinate with international suppliers and monitor overseas production;
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams throughout the production and project delivery process.
• Host kick-off meetings, track KPIs and continuously improve processes;
• Travel regularly and collaborate with global teams.

Wat vragen we van jou?

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen productie of automotive;
• Bekend met productie, logistiek en tools als MS Project of Jira;
• Een hands-on, ondernemende instelling waarbij je regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden bent en actief samenwerkt met collega's om snel te handelen en effectieve oplossingen te realiseren;
• Ervaring met de praktische toepassing van Lean-methodieken en een sterke drive om bij te dragen aan de implementatie en verdere ontwikkeling van een Operational Excellence-cultuur binnen de organisatie;
• Ervaring met internationale leveranciers, bij voorkeur in China;
• Sterke communicatie- en onderhandelingsskills; vloeiend Engels en Duits;
• Bereidheid tot reizen en werken over tijdzones heen.
