Role overview

We are looking for a motivated project manager to join our team and contribute to the design, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in analysing customer insights, evaluating campaign performance, and supporting the development of strategies that strengthen our brand and drive growth.

Key responsabilities

• Contribute to the planning and coordination of projects and initiatives

• Review performance data and create accessible reports or presentations

• Collaborate across departments to ensure shared understanding

• Support process improvements and day-to-day operational tasks

• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and idea-sharing sessions

About the ideal candidate

• You are pursuing a Master's degree in management, business, or engineering, or equivalent experience

• Good proficiency in English

• Interest in learning about management

• Comfortable with structured tasks and professional development

• Enjoys working in a collaborative, multicultural environment
