Within our Capital Delivery Strategic Department, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager!

LET'S CUT STRAIGHT TO ITWe're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering major capital schemes safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping outcomes across AMP8 and beyond driving innovation, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring projects deliver real value for our customers and the environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop robust, fully costed business cases for key investment decisions.
• Use financial and commercial insight to guide effective project delivery.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead and motivate the project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate across internal teams and supply chain partners within integrated project teams.
• Keep customers at the heart of decision-making.
• Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
• Deliver work with precision and meet challenging deadlines.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong background in project management within capital planning and delivery.
• Experience in an engineering or operational role within the water industry.
• Extensive commercial and contract management expertise, including NEC3/4.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
