You will guide technical projects that bring structure and clarity to complex industrial environments, helping customers gain value from hardware and software working together. Your work strengthens our mission to improve safety and performance on offshore drilling rigs. You will play a key part in turning customer needs into working solutions that support real operations.

What You'll Achieve

• Lead project delivery from initiation to closure for several technical implementations that combine HW and software components (Red Zone Manager)
• Build project plans that keep scope, budget, t imelines, and risks clear for customers and teams
• You will own communication with customers and guide expectations throughout delivery, managing a wide variety of stakeholders
• Drive clarity when new requests appear and guide decisions that keep projects on track
• Apply lessons learned from each project into Helin's delivery process for continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Understanding of project management fundamentals
• Experience guiding technical projects in environments with hardware and software interactions
• Experience with direct end customer interaction, with c lear and confident communication that supports strong relationship building
• Comfortable managing complexity and collaboration across multiple teams
• A bility to push back and handle customer pressure
• Background in a technical domain such as software, data, electrical systems or related fields

Nice to Have

• Project management certifications: PM I PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA
• Experience in offshore or maritime environments
• Familiarity with sensors, PLCs, or industrial networks
• Experience supporting field deployments or site work

• Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands (hybrid working, minimum 3 days office)
