GreenSquareAccord (GSA) is seeking an experienced Fire Projects Manager to lead the delivery of our Fire Risk Assessment Actions and Fire Safety Improvement Programme.
You`ll play a vital role in safeguarding our customers and buildings, managing a range of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that all works are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest safety standards.

What you`ll do
- Lead the delivery of fire safety projects and remedial works across GSA`s housing portfolio.
- Manage project teams including Project Surveyors and Administrators to achieve programme objectives.
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with specifications, accreditations and CDM Regulations.
- Take responsibility for project finances, monitoring budgets, approving spend, and forecasting costs.
- Lead on procurement of contractors and consultants to deliver works efficiently and compliantly.
- Engage with residents and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication before and during works.
- Maintain meticulous records and evidence to support the Golden Thread of information for every building.
- Report on project progress, risks, quality, and performance to senior leadership
About you:

Essential experience and skills:
- Minimum 3 years` experience managing fire safety remedial works.
- Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of building safety legislation and compliance.
- Experience managing contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce clear reports, documentation, and performance summaries.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and relevant project or housing management systems.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in construction, maintenance, or asset management (e.g. RICS, CIOB or equivalent).
- Level 3 qualification in Fire Safety (Level 4 desirable).
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
