Our client is a European start-up specializing in electronic warfare and precision localization in the defense sector.

Key points of the position:

Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead UWB-based IoT projects within a high-tech defense environment.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams (10+ people), coordinate development activities, and ensure successful project delivery from concept to deployment.

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing full project lifecycles (planning, execution, delivery),
• Leading and coordinating embedded/IoT/RF engineering teams,
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders,
• Driving timelines, budgets, and deliverables,
• Conducting risk assessments and mitigation planning,
• Regular reporting on progress and KPIs.

Necessary skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in IoT, UWB, embedded systems, or defense tech,
• Proven ability to manage technical teams of 10+ people,
• Strong communication and leadership skills,
• Self-driven and able to manage remote projects efficiently,
• German language: fluent proficiency required,
• Citizenship: German or European Union (required for defense clearance).
