Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Project Manager in our Hoofddorp office, to coordinate the qualification and launch of power magnetics and current sensors within the automotive sector. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, meet defined qualification milestones, and comply with all technical specifications and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, outstanding communication and project management capabilities, and a genuine passion for driving innovation in the e-mobility space.

Core Responsibilities
  • Coordinate international, cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with program goals.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines, facilitating regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders to track progress and maintain transparency.
  • Monitor qualification milestones and reports throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion at each stage of the process.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring full compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal quality requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in project management within the automotive electronics industry.
  • Good understanding of automotive development processes (e.g. APQP, PPAP, ISO/IATF standards).
  • Independent and highly driven personality. Respect schedule and timelines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), additional European language (e.g. German) is a major plus.
  • Working experience in an international/multi-cultural environment.
  • In possession of a driver's license, occasional travels required (<10%).
