General ManagementCompany description
Publicis Production harnesses the power of Publicis Groupe's entire global production capabilities.
Through our family of production brands, we access best-in-class production talent, models and technology worldwide.
Our purpose is to deliver seamless, relevant and impactful consumer experiences across every touchpoint in every market. We do this with pioneering production solutions that drive performance in a data-led marketing landscape and help brands to win in the platform world.
Overview
We're looking for a Project Manager; the role is focused on aligning stakeholders, establishing workflows, and ensuring systems and teams are ready for go-live.
This is a strategic delivery role requiring strong stakeholder management, operational planning, and cross-functional coordination. You'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure readiness and long-term success.
Responsibilities
Programme Setup & Coordination
Lead the setup phase across workflows, tools, teams, and reporting structures.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including client leads, technology teams, and senior leadership.
Contribute to the design and validation of operational workflows and systems integration, leveraging key platforms including project management software, collaboration solutions, and production tracking tools.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a central point of contact across departments to drive alignment and clear communication.
Ensure readiness plans are developed, approved, and actioned.
Facilitate regular status updates and check-ins with senior stakeholders, including client-side contacts, agency partners, and external vendors, across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Production Alignment
Ensure production frameworks (Explore / Originate / Execute / Optimise) are embedded in workflows.
Help define success metrics and monitor early-stage performance, including on-time delivery, budget adherence, stakeholder satisfaction, and quality benchmarks.
Proactively identify risks, resource gaps, and inefficiencies, with clear mitigation plans and escalation protocols.
Qualifications
Strong project management experience in production or creative agencies; project management accreditation preferred.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
Proven success in account setup or transformation phases.
Familiarity with matrix organisations and global campaign delivery, managing projects across multiple markets and time zones.
Excellent communicator, confident working with senior stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
Strong operational mindset: anticipates challenges and drives clarity.
Collaborative and decisive, able to influence and lead across teams.
Experience with production agencies.
Exposure to global CPG or FMCG accounts.
