As Head of Project Management, you will lead a team of Project and Production Managers responsible for planning and delivering all operational areas of the Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup. You'll oversee the end-to-end project delivery across all areas, from early budgeting and workflow design through to on-site delivery, ensuring alignment across all operational and broadcast functions. You'll play a pivotal role in translating product and client objectives into executable plans while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

What you'll do:

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of area focused Project and Production Managers
• Support professional development of the team and foster a collaborative culture
• Allocate and delegate tasks to direct reports, keeping in mind both high-quality delivery, workload, and budget limitations
• Develop and implement processes on how to work collaboratively and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure event construction and equipment needs across all departments are captured and implemented by the wider operational team
• Translate product and client goals and objectives into both a project and broadcast operational framework

What you need:

Must have:

• Minimum of 7 years of project, production management or similar experience (sports, music, live entertainment etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing a team of 4 or more people
• Experience executing and producing international live productions with broadcast components for 1,000+ on site attendees and for eight figure budgets
• Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to carry out several tasks at the same time
• Proven ability to adapt to changing requirements and resolve issues in real-time in high pressure live environments
• Knowledge of staging, scenic, lighting, audio, & video systems
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience, knowledge, and understanding of esports and gaming (publishers, vendors etc.)
• Prior project, production or similar experience within MENA region
• Experience with remote productions
