As an Agile Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing agile projects using an iterative approach to delivery.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is split between Cheltenham and Herefordshire, with the expectation of 3 days a week spent on the customer site (Herefordshire) and 1 day a week in our Cheltenham office.
A willingness to travel overseas is essential and required within this role.

Responsibilities:
- Project management- The ability to manage all aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, change management and risk management.
- Oversee deliverables from cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources.
- Foster open communication across teams to identify cross-team development dependencies and risks early on.
- Experience of working in a project delivery environment with a sound understanding of structured and agile methodologies and applying them in separate situations (e.g. APMP, MSP, Jira, Tempo, Scrum).
- Problem solving- The ability to identify problems collaboratively and develop actions/solutions, communicating both to key stakeholders and presenting information through reports, dashboards and slides as appropriate.
- Commercial awareness- Providing contract management, supplier management.
- Market experience working within the UK Defence & Security sector is advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields preferred or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., APMP, Prince2, Agile Certification)
- Strong project management, risk management, and procurement management skills.
- Familiarity with the Scrum, Shape Up and Kanban profiles and methodologies.

- SC willing to obtain DV immediately
