This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager in the United Kingdom.

In this role, you will lead high-impact programs across digital and payment solutions initiatives, driving project delivery, integration, and process improvement. You will manage complex, cross-functional projects that span multiple teams and technologies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to define project scope, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable results. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the planning, rollout, and integration of payment solutions and technology initiatives across products and teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors, payment facilitators, and service providers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and resources.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth operationalization from pre-sales through support.
  • Act as liaison for executive and departmental stakeholders, providing updates, risk reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Conduct gap analyses, refine processes, and drive continuous improvement across projects.
  • Deliver large-scale IT, organizational, and process integration programs focusing on cost-effectiveness, reporting, and culture alignment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management or business facilitation.
  • 2+ years leading large-scale, tech or data-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project), Power BI, SharePoint, Lucidchart (or equivalent), and Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain accountability.
  • Strong relationship-building, leadership, and coaching skills.
