Junior Project Manager
Location: London
Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our client's teams in coordinating the smooth delivery of complex, prestigious projects in the delivery of hospitality projects.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
• Assist with pricing and negotiating variation orders (VOs) and additional fee bids
• Track resources, project progress, and milestone delivery
• Support monthly invoicing and collaboration with Finance and Project Management teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• Degree or equivalent in Project Management or a related discipline
• 1-2 years' experience in project management, ideally within design, architecture, or creative consultancy
• Proficient in Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
