We are looking for a new Project Manager to join our amazing team in the UK, working from your home office based somewhere in the Midlands.

More and more universities are discovering TimeEdit to solve their scheduling and resource management needs.

The roleAs a Project Manager within the TimeEdit customer success team, you will:
  • Simultaneously lead multiple implementation projects across the UK and internationally, working with colleagues from our different offices
  • Spearhead, create and own the full project implementation plan per each customer
  • Ensure high quality delivery of the project by staying in control of budget, scope, time, risks, changes, etc.
  • Own and manage customer relationships to showcase the value of TimeEdit and ensure customer happiness, engagement and retention
  • Surface implementation and onboarding blockers and trends to improve overall set up and onboarding experience

We urge you to apply if you:
  • Have several of years experience leading and organizing a team in an agile and fast moving environment, preferably as a Project manager / Project lead or similar
  • Knowledge of, and technical acumen relevant to, the implementation of SaaS products and services
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects with varying complexity levels
  • Have exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
  • You are empathetic and have a positive, "can do" attitude - driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about helping our customers reach their goals
