  • You prepare presentations and communication materials, contribute to internal communications around events, and assist with post-event activities - such as evaluating feedback or compiling photo documentation.
  • You help maintain event budgets, support invoice processing, and document project progress with care and attention to detail.
  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, bringing your own ideas to the table and actively shaping our events.
  • You work flexibly during the semester (up to 20 hours per week) and have the opportunity to support full-time during semester breaks.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • You are currently enrolled at a university and available to work as a working student for at least two more semesters.
  • You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree - ideally in Event Management, Business Administration, Communication Studies, Media Management, or a comparable field.
  • You have already gained some practical experience in event planning - for example through internships or student projects.
  • You are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to keep a clear head even during busy phases.
  • You bring fresh ideas and enjoy contributing creatively to the design and delivery of events.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and like to find pragmatic solutions - especially when things need to move quickly.
  • You are well-organized, have a structured working style, and a good sense for communication and detail.
  • You are confident using MS Office - especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken - business proficiency in German is mandatory.
  • You enjoy working in a team, take initiative, and thrive in an international environment.
