We're seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead delivery on high-profile projects for our client. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination skills, proven leadership, and experience in commercial or high-rise/tower MEP projects.

Key Requirements:

• UAE-based: Candidate must currently reside in the UAE and be eligible to work locally.
• Municipality & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of local municipalities, permitting processes, and compliance procedures.
• Management Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience in managing MEP teams and project delivery.
• Commercial Office Expertise: Demonstrated experience delivering medium to large-scale commercial office projects.
• Contractor Background: Experience working within a contractor environment is essential, with familiarity of site operations and coordination.
• Immediate Availability: Must be able to join within two weeks of offer.
