Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fitout projects to oversee end-to-end project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring cost control, quality, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple fitout projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
• Handle risk management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in managing fitout/interior projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fitout processes, materials, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English & Hindi.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
