Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience in interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple fit-out projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from tender to completion
• Coordinate with stakeholders: clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors
• Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations
• Conduct regular site visits, quality checks, and progress reporting
• Oversee material procurement and manpower allocation
• Ensure timely project delivery and effective risk management
• Manage project documentation and handover

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in UAE fit-out project management
• Strong knowledge of local authority approvals (e.g., DM, DCD, Trakhees)
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• UAE Driving License preferred
