About the position

Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey - now looking for a (Junior) Project Manager/Administrator Logistics Operations EMEA (m/w/d) to support our supply chain and logistics team in our Emsdetten location.

Your main responsibilities

    • Support for all initiatives within Logistics Operations EMEA (e.g., process improvement, audit support)
    • Coordinate and support cross-functional projects with Logistics, Compliance, QA, and Facility (including preparation, updating, and review of project plans)
    • Collaborate on the implementation of reporting tools and dashboards, as well as analysis of operational and financial KPIs
    • Support supplier management
    • Conduct and document business reviews with logistics and transportation providers

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

    • Degree in logistics, business administration, IT, or similar
    • Initial professional experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or project management
    • Experience in data processing, reporting, and working with logistics service providers (freight forwarders, 3PLs) and transport management
    • Eagerness to learn about transport and warehouse logistics, export, customs, and operational processes
    • Experience with cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration
    • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerBI/data analysis, and PowerPoint)
    • Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the project (5-20%)
    • English (at least B2) spoken and written
