As a Project Manager Civil Engineering at TMC, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects. You easily navigate between various stakeholders and monitor the progress and quality of projects. Your tasks include:

• Drafting and managing project plans and budgets.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Identifying risks and promptly implementing solutions.
• Advising clients on complex technical issues.
• Ensuring sustainable collaboration between all parties involved.

What we expect from you

To successfully fulfill the role of Project Manager Civil Engineering, you bring the following:

• Education & experience: A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, supplemented with at least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Expertise: Knowledge of civil engineering projects, both in the design phase and the implementation phase.
• Competencies: Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Leadership: The ability to motivate teams and effectively coordinate projects within set deadlines and budgets.
• Flexibility: Willingness to execute projects in the North Brabant and South Netherlands regions.
