Senior Project Manager - Change and Transformation
At Change Grow Live, we're driven by a simple belief - people can change.
Our new five-year strategy sets out an ambitious vision for the future: to make it easier for more people to access support earlier, to embed compassion and evidence at the heart of everything we do, and to create services that are rooted in the communities we serve.
To achieve this, we're investing in innovation, digital transformation and new service models - and we're looking for a Senior Project Manager to help make it happen.
About the role
This is a unique opportunity to lead complex, cross-organisational change that touches every part of our charity.
You'll plan, deliver and embed large-scale transformation projects that align directly to our strategy - from redesigning our core offer for adults accessing support for drug and alcohol use, to rolling out digital innovations that free up time for our frontline teams to care.
You'll balance structure with agility, working collaboratively across directorates to deliver measurable benefits, strengthen capability, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll do
Location: Flexible (with national travel as required)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
*Salary: £55,547.23 - £60,105.53 (dependent on experience)
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple, high-impact projects that drive strategic and cultural transformation.
- Apply best-practice methodologies (Agile, MSP, hybrid) to ensure transparency, accountability, and real-world outcomes.
- Integrate people-centred change management principles to build engagement, readiness, and adoption.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, service managers, and partners to deliver innovation rooted in evidence and compassion.
- Coach and develop other project managers, helping to build capacity and capability across the function.

Responsibilities
About you

- Proven experience managing complex change across large, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile PM, APM PMQ or Prosci Change Management .
- Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to translate strategy into tangible, measurable outcomes.
