We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our European PMO team and play a pivotal role in driving growth by leading high-impact projects from concept to launch.

As a key member of our global team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of new product development, packaging changes, and global expansion projects-ensuring delivery on time, in full, and within budget. This is a fast-paced opportunity where you'll collaborate with cross-functional experts worldwide, proactively manage risks, and see your work make a tangible impact on shelves across the globe.

We are looking for a professional with proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within the FMCG sector. A Project Management certification, such as Prince2, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Project, including Gantt charts and dependency management, and possess excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Strong presentation abilities and the capability to lead effective meetings are essential. We value individuals who are proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, as well as resilient under pressure, adaptable, and assertive in driving results.

This role is based at our site based in Folkestone.

This role works Monday - Friday, 37-hours per week.
