Central Change Project Manager - Make Change Happen
We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive complex projects that shape the future of our organisation. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle - from planning and execution through to monitoring, control, and successful delivery.
You'll be the go-to person for prioritising day-to-day activities, keeping projects on track and within budget, and ensuring resources are used effectively. Beyond delivery, you'll play a key role in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and clear, confident communication at every level.

You'll report directly to the Head of Central Change, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to make change happen.
The minimum criteria for this role are:
Substantial experience in successfully delivering complex business projects or programmes, demonstrating ownership of the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams, including managing stakeholders at all levels and working with third-party suppliers or partners.
Strong understanding and practical application of structured project or programme management methods (such as Prince2, Agile, or equivalent).
Demonstrable experience using professional planning tools to create and maintain project, programme, or portfolio plans.
Ability to produce clear, high-quality project documentation (e.g., plans, reports, process maps) and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Evidence of working collaboratively within teams and across organisational boundaries to achieve successful outcomes
