Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define and control project objectives, deliverables, and resources in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Oversee financial performance, risk mitigation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead client engagement, serving as the primary point of contact for communication, escalations, and satisfaction.
- Track project progress using relevant metrics and methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage project governance, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and internal standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and implement recovery plans when necessary.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies.
Requirements
- Strong background in managing full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, ideally focused on Finance & Operations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-region projects across diverse industries.
- Experience with legal tech or professional services projects is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Managed Services processes and client engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex technical and business environments.
- Based in the United Kingdom, with flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours.
