We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with a focus on Finance & Operations. In this role, you will oversee project scope, quality, timelines, and budgets while fostering strong client relationships and driving operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of high-impact digital transformation projects. Accountabilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Define and control project objectives, deliverables, and resources in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance, risk mitigation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead client engagement, serving as the primary point of contact for communication, escalations, and satisfaction.
• Track project progress using relevant metrics and methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage project governance, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and internal standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and implement recovery plans when necessary.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong background in managing full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, ideally focused on Finance & Operations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-region projects across diverse industries.
• Experience with legal tech or professional services projects is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of Managed Services processes and client engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex technical and business environments.
• Based in the United Kingdom, with flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours.
