The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will become part of the Group Talent department. The Group Talent department aims to shape and drive AXA's global Talent strategy, ensuring we have the right people, in the right roles with the right capabilities to lead our business into the future. We partner with the business and HR leaders across markets to:

  • Anticipate future workforce needs by aligning the talent strategy to AXA's long-term ambition and strategic priorities
  • Build critical capabilities and leadership pipelines, ensuring readiness for transformation, innovation, and inclusive growth.
  • Strengthen succession and performance culture, enabling decisions around key roles and talent investments
  • Help foster a compelling employee experience through meaningful career opportunities and inclusive practices.

Ultimately, the Group Talent team acts as a strategic enabler, ensuring AXA has the talent depth, leadership strength and organizational adaptability needed to thrive in an evolving world.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Primary Mission

The PMO supports the Group Head of Talent in delivering the organization's talent strategy by overseeing the coordination of strategic projects, MC-level papers, and key initiatives.

The role's primary mission is to enable the successful execution of Talent activities, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.

It also involves fostering engagement with the Heads of Talent Community, facilitating smooth delivery of talent-related activities, and strengthening the overall effectiveness of talent management across the organization.

Key accountabilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic talent projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports, and papers for senior forums.
  • Track progress, manage deadlines, and assist in resolving issues to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Manage the coordination of team activities and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate engagement and collaboration with the Global Heads of Talent Community.
  • Assist in organizing leadership meetings, workshops, and strategic sessions.
  • Conduct external and internal research and analysis to support talent-related decision-making.
  • Help manage the Group Talent team's priorities, calendars, and action items.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes, tools, and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

Technical and professional skills:

  • Project management, facilitation and coordination skills
    Result and execution orientation
  • Time management and organization skills (flexibility and ability to work on several topics at the same time)
  • Proactive stakeholder management and able to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Advanced level of English
  • Advanced command of MS PowerPoint

Soft skills and competencies:

  • Interpersonal savvy and comfort around higher management
  • Versatile learner open to change and creative
  • Team player and cooperative with ability to gain trust and support of peers
  • Ability to advocate and convince
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information clearly.
