Thera Trust are looking for 2 Development Project Managers to join the Development team to play a key role in delivering strategic development and innovation projects across the Thera Group. Youll lead complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with our vision, values, and development plans. This is an exciting opportunity to influence positive change and bring new ideas to life within health and social care.

Youll lead complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with our vision, values, and development plans. This is an exciting opportunity to influence positive change and bring new ideas to life within health and social care.
What you will be doing
- Provide project management support to operational teams to achieve strategic development objectives.
- Develop project briefs, plans, and lead project teams to deliver on agreed milestones and budgets.
- Manage multiple projects, including mobilisation of new contracts and innovative service models.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including families, local authorities, and housing partners.
- Monitor quality, manage risks, and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, supporting the companies with bespoke development plans.
- Provide project management support to operational teams to achieve strategic development objectives.
- Lead evaluation processes and report on project impact and lessons learned.
About You
- Passionate about making a difference for and with people with a learning disability
- Experienced in project management within health and social care or a related sector.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and building collaborative relationships.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities with a focus on inspiring people, innovation and delivering results.
- Knowledge of commissioning practices and market insights in social care.
- Project management qualification (e.g. APM qualification or similar) is desirable.
