Senior Project Manager - Private Networks

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take ownership of technically challenging private network programmes?

This is your chance to lead high-value, high-risk projects from initial concept right through to final handover - shaping the delivery of customer-owned high and low voltage networks across the UK.

In this senior role, you'll manage a portfolio of critical projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality and commercial performance. You'll guide teams through design, delivery and commissioning, mentor developing project managers and play a key part in achieving wider strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading private network projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring they meet time, budget and client expectations.
• Managing risk, change and compliance while driving high standards across all works.
• Conducting SHEQ tours and overseeing robust project documentation.
• Providing technical and behavioural leadership to project teams.
• Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• A proven track record delivering high-value MEICA, utility or technical construction projects.
• 5+ years' experience in complex electrical or mechanical network environments.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage networks, CDM 2015, control and protection schemes and notifiable works.
• NVQ Level 4+ (or equivalent), plus IOSH Managing Safely.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other core software.
• Relevant site and safety certifications (SSSTS/SMSTS, EUSR/CSCS/ECS, First Aid).

Desirable qualifications include professional registration, project management certifications and experience across renewables, embedded generation, water, gas or data systems.
