About the Role:
We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the IT function and lead the delivery of digital and technology projects across the organisation. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring they are delivered to agreed scope, timelines, and budget, while meeting governance standards within the EG Project Delivery Framework.
You'll work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure successful implementation of technology change, supporting business readiness and driving measurable value. The role requires strong structure, governance discipline, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, complex environment.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure successful implementation of technology change, supporting business readiness and driving measurable value. The role requires strong structure, governance discipline, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering digital and technology projects through all lifecycle phases, ensuring compliance with the EG Project Delivery Framework.
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, and project documentation to support effective governance.
- Engaging and collaborating with business sponsors, delivery leads, and technical teams to maintain alignment and manage expectations.
- Developing project and resource plans, tracking delivery progress, and providing accurate reporting through ServiceNow SPM.
- Coordinating testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation activities to support smooth business adoption.
- Working with external vendors and delivery partners to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to contractual commitments.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, standards, and delivery practices.

What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years' experience delivering digital, application, or IT infrastructure projects within a large or complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Stage Gates, RAID management, and governance controls.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP) or equivalent experience.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience using project and portfolio tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and third-party suppliers.
- Structured, analytical approach with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience delivering in waterfall or hybrid delivery models, with exposure to change management and readiness activities.
