Lead and manage Agile projects ensuring valuedriven delivery aligned with business goals Oversee Flexcube technical change management to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption Manage project scope schedule and change control processes to deliver projects on time and within budget Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among crossfunctional teams and stakeholders Implement best practices in Scrum management to optimize team performance and project outcomes Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues to maintain project health Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery and stakeholder engagement

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with business and IT stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations Lead prioritization of competing project requirements and manage scope changes effectively Coordinate with technical leads to estimate resource needs and schedule impacts Guide crossfunctional Agile teams through project execution ensuring adherence to Scrum principles Prepare and present project status updates risks and issues to executive steering committees Ensure all project change control activities are documented and communicated appropriately Mentor and develop project team members to enhance skills and deliver successful projects
