Description

1. Develop plan and implement the project from initiation to system handover.

2. Supervise and coordinate project members, ensuring progress and quality.

3. Act as the focal point for coordination between relevant departments and the project, manage risks, and propose solutions.

4. Responsible for stakeholders coordination in order to manage changes.

Required skills:

1. At least 10 years of experience in IT development project management in finance and/or banking, including 3+ years managing digital banking solutions.

2. Successfully managed at least one (01) digital banking project for corporate customers in a large institution or bank (*) with a team of 60+ members.

3. At least of 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
