Salary: Competitive, Depending on Experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit an IT Project Manager to join our IT Project Management team.

Reporting to the Head of IT PMO, IT Project Managers are primarily responsible for the delivery of major and minor IT change initiatives. IT projects span areas including Applications, Infrastructure, Network, Unified Comms, End User Computing & Cybersecurity. Close collaboration and communication is required with various business/operational/clinical/supplier teams for all IT projects, so stakeholder management is paramount.

What will your duties include?
  • End-to-end Project Management of IT projects & programmes, including service transition and capturing lessons learned.
  • Creation & maintenance of relevant Project Management artefacts including Project Overviews/PIDs/TORs, Plans, Risk/Issue Logs, Action Logs, Decision Logs, Status Reports.
  • Identification of appropriate resources, budget, project personnel, stakeholders & comms plan required to successfully deliver any project in question.
  • Engagement with Enterprise processes for Sourcing, IT Intake, Cybersecurity & Architectural Reviews, Contracting & Change Control for managed projects.
  • Reporting project/programme status in both written and verbal form at monthly Project Governance fora, other fora as appropriate, and ad hoc as requested by Leadership.
  • All IT caregivers are required to undertake On Call shifts as part of their responsibilities.

What we need from you?
  • Significant IT project management experience
  • Strong verbal communication & interpersonal skills - able to build and maintain relationships, foster collaboration, effectively lead workshops and meetings, deliver impactful presentations, speak articulately and persuasively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to operate at a senior level as there will be C-suite exposure.
  • Financial acumen to manage project budgets.
  • Experience managing supplier/third party teams on projects.
  • Career background in either Healthcare or IT
  • Experience implementing/managing change to Epic HER - desirable
  • Experience implementing/transitioning/managing change to enterprise/business/shared service (i.e. non-clinical) applications - desirable
  • Experience managing technology projects (network, infrastructure, unified comms, end user computing) - desirable
