Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Bereich Industrial Project Management eine studentische Aushilfe (w/m/d) für unseren Standort in Reinbek.

Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten

• Unterstützung in der Planung und Organisation von Projekt-Aktivitäten
• Vorbereitung von Reportings und Präsentationen für das Management und weitere Stakeholders
• Erfassung von Projekt-Timelines und Deliverables
• Mitwirken in funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Unterstützung der Projektziele
• Verstehen und Anwenden von Projektmanagementmethoden und -werkzeugen, die in der pharmazeutischen Industrie verwendet werden

Ausbildung

• Hochschulstudium mit pharmazeutischem, naturwissenschaftlichem, ingenieurtechnischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eigenverantwortung, Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität und analytisches Denken
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, speziell Word, Excel, Outlook

Assisting the project manager in planning and organizing project activities.

Preparing project reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Tracking project timelines and deliverables.

Participating in cross-functional teams to support project objectives.

Learning about project management methodologies and tools used in the pharmaceutical industry.
