We're hiring on behalf of a leading Design & Build contractor in London, seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee two concurrent office fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B), each valued between £500,000 - £1m. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong site coordination, stakeholder management, and programme control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across both projects
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with design and commercial teams to resolve issues and maintain buildability
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and client specifications
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and senior leadership
• Track progress against programme and report regularly on milestones

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing CAT A & CAT B office fit-outs in London
• Strong understanding of D&B delivery methodology
• Able to manage multiple sites and teams concurrently
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Available for December Start
