Job Description

Your responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, HSE, and all phases from design to commissioning. Develop plans, monitor progress, and address risks proactively.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, executives, partners, and internal teams; act as primary contact and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage project teams, fostering collaboration, assigning roles strategically, and ensuring accountability and high performance.
• Contract, Risk & Financial Management: Understand and enforce contractual obligations, mitigate risks, manage budgets, forecast, and ensure projects are delivered within financial KPIs.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet contractual and organizational standards, manage engineering interfaces, implement quality control measures, and perform project audits.

Qualifications

Your experiences

• Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) with 7+ years' experience in energy, renewables, or environmental technology.
• Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating diverse roles.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites in Italy and abroad.
