What You'll Lead

  • Spearhead full end-to-end delivery of core banking transformation projects
  • Drive complex, multi-regional programmes that reshape how global clients operate
  • Set the vision for project scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and success metrics
  • Be the trusted leader and primary contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Mobilise and coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and tech vendors
  • Lead data migration, integration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Provide clear, consistent reporting on progress, performance, and impact
  • Identify risks before they surface and steer strong mitigation strategies
  • Support business development through solution input, proposals, and client engagement

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience leading IT projects or programmes
  • Demonstrated success delivering core banking or financial technology initiatives
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, ITIL) - essential
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Strong understanding of the global financial services landscape
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multicultural, and demanding environments

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience with global or multi-regional banking clients
  • Knowledge of payments or other specialised banking domains
  • Familiarity with platforms like Temenos, Oracle, Finacle, or equivalent
