Your tasks

Become part of our ENI business line-a dynamic division that delivers innovative lighting solutions for entertainment and industrial applications worldwide. Our products are used in cinemas, industrial facilities, and other demanding environments where quality and precision are essential.

ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation process: as part of a carve-out, the business line is being transferred to the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. as an independent unit. For you as Head of Procurement ENI (d/m/f), this means a unique opportunity to actively shape this change.

• Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and maximizing EBIT contribution
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive cost-reduction programs
• Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
• Plan and monitor demand pooling to optimize resources
• Manage, coach, and develop staff to build a high-performing team
• Define and track procurement KPIs and targets
• Act as liaison between parent company, business units, and corporate functions
• Ensure regular communication and effective stakeholder engagement

Who we are looking for

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or comparable
• Several years of experience in Procurement Management or related cross-functional projects
• Preferably background in engineering, physics, or chemistry
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and commercial practices
• Proven success in leading international and complex projects
• Experience managing cross-functional and virtual teams
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
