YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from 5th january. Gulsah ERKOL, IT&Data Program Lead Value Chain Platform will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

• Assist in budget monitoring, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
• Support time tracking and resource allocation reporting.
• Help organize governance meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-up actions).
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with workstream leads and scrum masters ensuring governance.
• Support forecasting and invoicing follow-up with finance teams.
• Onboarding different business and IT stake holders in governance tools.

PLUS POINTS OF THIS JOB:

• Up to 2 days/week of remote work
• Full reimbursement of Navigo pass/TCL subscription
• "Vendredi je grandis" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills, and hard skills.
• INTERNSHIP : Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

About You

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science with interest in project management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Basic understanding of budget management and project governance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• This position is 100% in English

Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g., Servicenow).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Interest in IT projects and global program management.
