Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our Design Systems Project Management team and get hands-on experience in supporting key projects that shape the way Infineon's design systems evolve. You'll work with automation, data, and communication tasks that help keep our projects running efficiently across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Teamwork is dreamwork: Be part of the Project Management team for design systems development
  • Focus on the future: Work on automation tasks for parts of the design system project management
  • Take responsibility: Support project managers in communicating with stakeholders, organizing meetings, tracking tasks, and managing JIRA requirements
  • Project management: Contribute to the planning and tracking of ongoing projects
  • Be creative: Create presentations and documentation, and update intranet pages
  • Thorough planning: Organize, support, and participate in events and workshops
  • Data is everything: Analyze project data using tools such as Excel and Tableau

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are best equipped for this role if you enjoy working on diverse topics, can balance independent and team-oriented tasks, and want to gain valuable experience in project management and data analysis.
  • Study field: You are starting your Master's studies in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • Personality: You enjoy working on a variety of tasks and thrive both independently and in a team environment
  • Way of working: You demonstrate a reliable, diligent, and self-organized working style.
  • Skills: You are familiar with or eager to learn tools such as Excel, Confluence, and Tableau
  • Experience: Ideally, you have some previous experience in programming; Linux knowledge is beneficial
  • Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus

Important information:
  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
  • You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
