Project Management Intern B Corp - Corporate Social Responsibility

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support us in our journey to B Corp certification at the Munro Tailoring headquarters in Amsterdam. In this role, you will not only support the project team but also be actively involved in the implementation within the various subprojects. About the internship

We continue to sharpen our focus and are committed to making a positive impact on people and the environment. We are currently working towards B Corp certification-an international recognition for companies that both do good for the world and operate successfully.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You will support the central B Corp project team with coordination and progress monitoring;
• You will collaborate with multiple internal project teams to implement improvement actions;
• You will assist in collecting, reviewing, and documenting information for the B Impact Assessment;
• You will contribute to sustainable improvements within our international organization.

What skills will you develop?

• Project management: collaborating, planning, organizing, and structuring within various project teams;
• Stakeholder management: communicating effectively with colleagues throughout the organization;
• Sustainability knowledge: understanding B Corp standards and broader ESG principles;
• Process optimization: learning how to design and implement improvement processes.

About you

• You are currently an HBO student enrolled in a relevant field of study;
• You have a strong affinity with sustainability and are motivated to contribute to a more sustainable future;
• You are flexible, driven, and detail-oriented in the way you work;
• You have a proactive mindset, able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks;
• You are solution-oriented and enjoy tackling challenges creatively and effectively;
• You are stress-resistant and capable of maintaining a clear overview during both calm and busy periods;
• You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
• You are available for approximately 5 months, starting January or February 2026.
