Senior Project Manager - Lead a Landmark Super-Prime Residential Scheme

You'll be the driving force on the project - steering delivery, and working closely with a senior leadership team known for being hands-on, supportive, and genuinely well regarded in the market. It's a chance to take real ownership of a signature development while working in an environment that values initiative, collaboration, and high standards.

What they're looking for:

• Proven ability to lead complex residential projects
• Strong technical and delivery capability, especially around procurement
• Clear communicator who can build trusted client and consultant relationships
• MRICS (or progressing towards it) preferred
• Passion for shaping best-in-class real estate projects
